Situation:
In my previous role as a project manager for a software development company, we were working on a critical project with a tight deadline. The marketing team wanted to include additional features to make the product more appealing, while the development team was concerned about the feasibility of implementing these features without delaying the project.

I needed to find a way to balance the interests of both teams and ensure that the project stayed on schedule without compromising the quality or scope of the deliverables.
Action:
I organized a meeting with key representatives from both the marketing and development teams. During the meeting, I facilitated a discussion where each team could voice their concerns and priorities. We collectively evaluated the proposed features' impact on the timeline and resources.
