Action: I quickly assessed the situation and identified the critical tasks that needed immediate attention. I reorganized the workload among the remaining team members, delegating specific tasks based on their strengths. I also personally took on additional data analysis tasks and arranged daily check-ins to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Additionally, I reached out to other departments to see if anyone could temporarily assist with the workload.
