Situation:

Task:
My task was to manage the timeline, ensure all deliverables were on track, and communicate with the client regularly. However, I noticed that one of the key project components was falling behind due to unforeseen technical challenges faced by the development team.

Action:
To address this, I volunteered to take on additional responsibilities. I organized a series of daily stand-up meetings with the development team to identify and resolve bottlenecks swiftly.
