Interviewers are looking for insights into your personality, interests, or unique experiences that reveal your fit for the role and the company culture. Answer

One thing that isn't on my resume is my passion for community service and volunteering. Outside of my professional life, I dedicate a significant amount of time to mentoring young students in STEM subjects. This experience has not only allowed me to give back to the community but has also honed my communication skills and taught me the importance of patience and empathy. These experiences have made me a better team player and leader, enhancing my ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
