However, an unexpected issue arose with one of the key software modules, which required immediate attention. I had to prioritize resolving this issue to prevent further delays, which meant that I was unable to meet with the teams as planned.

Result:
Although the immediate problem was resolved and the project continued without further delays, the lack of communication on that day led to some confusion among the teams regarding the integration plan. This taught me the importance of delegating and having a backup plan for communication.
