Situation:
While working as a project manager at XYZ Company, I was tasked with leading a crucial software development project. The project had a tight deadline and significant visibility within the company.

My responsibility was to ensure that the project was delivered on time and met all client specifications. However, I underestimated the complexity of integrating a new technology, which resulted in a delayed deployment.
Action:
Upon realizing the risk of not meeting the deadline, I took immediate steps to address the situation. I organized a meeting with the team to identify the bottlenecks and reallocate resources for critical tasks. I also communicated transparently with the stakeholders about the challenges we faced and proposed a revised timeline.
